Mariana studied “Creative Direction & Fashion Styling” at Instituto Marangoni in London & attended a short course at Central Saint Martins. During her studies she began to step foot in the industry working every London Fashion Week at DUCK Productions, who produce all video content for British Fashion Council. After assisting Leila Smara, a french Stylist for Chanel and Lancôme and an internship at Dazed & Confused, Mariana returned to Switzerland. She always had a great interest in making her work sustainable and began to build up her own archive during her studies. Her enthusiasm for second-hand clothing, young talent and local designers still shapes her work today. As a member of Fashion Revolution and guest tutor at Westminster University and Istituto Marangoni, she wants to inspire and encourage people in the industry but also end consumers to consume consciously.
